Karachi (Urdu Point / Pakistan Point News – 20 March 2026) Mayor of Karachi Karachi Lawyer Murtaza Wahab extended Eid Al-Fitr greetings to all Muslims, especially the citizens of Karachi.
He said that Eid is the largest Muslim holiday and teaches us the spirit of sacrifice and self-denial.
Wahab said that on this occasion, we should pray for the country’s security, unity, harmony, equality and brotherhood.
He asked citizens to remember in their prayers during Eid prayers the progress, prosperity and peace the country is witnessing, especially the city of Karachi.
The Mayor of Karachi explained that this city is the destination of our hopes and aspirations, and we must all live here together in unity and harmony and work for a brighter future.
He also stressed that on the occasion of Eid, we must pay special attention to the poor and needy so that they too can share in the joys of Eid.
