Islamabad (Urdu Point / Pakistan Point News – 17 March 2026) PakistanEgypt’s ICT sector maintained a strong growth trajectory, recording a 19.7% increase in export remittances during the first eight months of the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

On a monthly basis, ICT exports reached $365 million in February 2026, reflecting a 19.3% increase year-on-year, indicating continued momentum in the sector’s external earnings.
The industry also recorded a trade surplus of $2.55 billion, accounting for 86 percent of total ICT export remittances, reaffirming its position as the best-performing sector in Pakistan’s services sector.
