Dr. Farooqi appreciated the wonderful display of high quality furniture, contemporary designs and fine craftsmanship, noting that it reflects the growing strength and potential of the Pakistani furniture industry.
She stressed that such platforms play a vital role in strengthening local industry, encouraging entrepreneurship and creating economic opportunities.
She further stated that the Pakistani furniture sector holds great potential for growth, especially through enhanced policy support, investment and expansion into international markets. Strengthening this sector would contribute meaningfully to job creation and overall economic development.
