DPM Dar calls for dialogue and de-escalation to promote regional peace

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 11 March 2026) Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of Pakistan. Kuwait Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, where he stressed the urgent need for dialogue and stopping escalation to promote peace and stability in the region.

The two leaders expressed deep concern about regional developments, including the attacks on Kuwait.

The Deputy Prime Minister was transferred PakistanOur solidarity with the leadership and people of Kuwait.

They also exchanged views on issues under consideration in the UN Security Council and reaffirmed the historical and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kuwait.
