MULTAN (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th Mar, 2026) The second edition of the Baseball Rules Book, authored by international baseball umpire Muhammad Jamil Kamran, will be officially launched on Sunday, March 29, at the Bahauddin Zakaria Electronic Library complex in Multan. The ceremony will be attended by officials from the Baseball Association, in addition to prominent figures from various fields Sports Specialties.
According to the details shared, Muhammad Jamil Kamran published for the first time Urdu Baseball Rules Edition in 2003. The new edition, released 23 years later, includes updated regulations and updated practices, including new rules designed specifically for domestic baseball competitions, which will go into effect this year.
