The Ministry of Religious Affairs announced the effective implementation of government directives aimed at facilitating pilgrims to the Holy House of God
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 27 March 2026) The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced the effective implementation of government directives aimed at facilitating the performance of Hajj.
According to the Religious Affairs Spokesperson, in a major move to simplify arrangements, it has been decided to provide Hajj training facilities, vaccination and medicine packaging on the same day.
The training and vaccination process will begin simultaneously from April 8 in 10 Hajj camps across the country.
Attendance at designated Hajj camps, as per the specified schedule, has been made mandatory for all government-sponsored pilgrims.
Pilgrims are also required to follow their schedules on the Pak Haj mobile app and attend their respective camps for training and vaccination accordingly.
During the training sessions, essential travel documents – including tickets, visas, ID badges and luggage tags – will also be distributed.
Pilgrims have been instructed to bring their original national ID card in addition to a computerized bank receipt bearing their photo.
In addition, dedicated offices of relevant banks will be established in the Hajj camps to facilitate currency exchange services, the spokesman added.
