ATC judge, Tahir Abbas Sabra, heard the case.
No progress was made in the case during the hearing due to the absence of Ali Wazir.
The court, while seeking a report from the Chief Superintendent of Police Operations in Islamabad on Ali Wazir, said it should be informed about Ali Wazir’s whereabouts, whether he is arrested in any case or on bail.
The court postponed hearing the case until May 25.
