QUETTA (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 22 Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Masakhel Abdul Razzaq Khajak chaired an important meeting on organizing events and security arrangements across the region on the occasion of Independence Day. Pakistan On (March 23).
Officers from various departments attended the meeting, where a detailed strategy was formulated to celebrate March 23 celebrations in a dignified manner and ensure peace and order.
While issuing instructions, the DC said that Pakistan Day is a symbol of national unity, sacrifices and struggle, so this day should be celebrated in full patriotic spirit.
He said that flag raising ceremonies, parades, football matches and other programs will be organized in all government and private institutions, while ensuring the participation of students also to enhance the spirit of patriotism among the new generation.
While issuing strict orders regarding security, Abdul Razzaq Khajak said security would remain on high alert across the region and additional personnel could be deployed at important places, government buildings and event venues.
He directed the police and armed forces to increase patrols and be prepared at all times to deal with any untoward incident.
He added that the district administration is using all capabilities to ensure the safety of the lives and property of the public. He also appealed to citizens to fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and immediately report any suspicious activity.
The Deputy Commissioner affirmed his determination to celebrate Pakistan Day in peace, security and with full patriotic enthusiasm.
