Addressing the meeting, Maqsood Ahmad Shohan spoke about the problems faced by the association and said that police patrols should be devoted to addressing the challenges facing law and order in Loha Market, street crimes, vehicle theft and other crimes.

He called for the deployment of special police personnel to the Iron Market and the establishment of an effective inspection system in light of the siege from 10 pm to 6 am.

He said that there are security problems faced during loading and unloading, while drivers are exposed to unnecessary harassment despite the heavy traffic entering the city limits according to working hours, which must be addressed.

On the occasion, SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar thanked Hyderabad Iron and Steel Association President Maqsood Ahmad Chauhan and other officials of the office for the wonderful welcome and said that the strong coordination between the police and a job Society is very important to maintain law and order in the city.

He listened carefully to the problems of businessmen and said that special steps would be taken to prevent street crimes, vehicle theft and other crimes in Loha Market.

He stressed that patrols in and around the market will be more effective and police presence will be increased during sensitive hours.

SSP Shahzeb Chachar further said that protecting the lives and property of the business community is essential It is the responsibility of the police and any negligence in this regard will not be tolerated.

He directed the relevant officers to improve the system of checkpoints and inspections during the night hours to monitor the movements of criminal elements.

Chamber of Commerce Vice President Awais Iqbal Khan said that the business community is the backbone of the country’s economy and a peaceful environment is essential to promote business activities.

He said that SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar takes the problems of the business community seriously and ensures that they are resolved through immediate steps, which has created confidence in the business community. He stressed the continued strengthening of mutual cooperation between the police and the business community.
