District Health Officer Dr. Jawad, in a brief interaction with APP, explained that Rawalpindi does not currently face any major threat from pollen allergy.
He advised citizens, especially those suffering from respiratory allergies, to take precautionary measures and avoid exposure to excess dust and airborne particles during the season.
He also urged the public to adopt preventive practices, including wearing masks in dusty environments and limiting outdoor exposure when air quality is poor, to reduce the risk of allergies and respiratory irritation.
