Punjab Himmat Card Program
The Punjab Himmat Card Program 2026 is a continued welfare initiative of the Government of Punjab under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill all of the following:
- Resident of Punjab
- Valid CNIC or B-Form
- Certified disability issued by Social Welfare Department
- Unemployed
- PMT score 45 or below (BISP verified)
- Registered in DPMIS system
- Not receiving similar financial assistance from other government schemes
Who Can Apply?
Priority is given to:
- Women with disabilities
- Orphans and widows
- Persons with severe physical, visual, or hearing impairments
- Families living below the poverty line
- Individuals without permanent income
Government employees or beneficiaries of similar schemes are not eligible.

- Sargodha
Quota distribution is based on population and disability ratio of each district.
