Sukkur (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 6th March, 2026) The Provincial Ombudsman of Sindh, Sukkur District, held an open court session at the District Accounts Office. Socor on Friday with the aim of resolving public issues immediately.
The open session was chaired by Regional Director Ahmed Ali Qureshi, and was attended by officials from various departments, retirees and citizens who presented their problems.
Complaints were received regarding pensions, arrears, lack of service books, and other financial matters. He reviewed the complaints and issued orders to resolve the problems immediately.
He directed officials to resolve public grievances without delay and warned against any negligence or delaying tactics.
Some of the retirees’ cases were resolved immediately, while other cases were directed to submit reports within a specific period.
Qureshi stressed that solving the problems of retirees is a priority, and stressed that retired employees will not be subjected to undue harassment. The open court aims to provide justice to people and improve the performance of government institutions.
