Sui, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 5 Mar, 2026) Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti inaugurated the newly completed Sui Ring Road on Thursday, opening it to regular traffic and marking an important step towards strengthening the transportation infrastructure in the region.
The event held in Sui was attended by tribal elders, elected representatives, government officials and other stakeholders. The project is considered a major development initiative aimed at improving mobility and connectivity in one of the major areas of Balochistan.
Sarfraz Bugti personally inspected the route by driving from Phadda Nala to China Post, reviewing the construction quality and progress. He expressed his satisfaction with the level of work and praised the performance of the construction company and the participating employees.
Speaking at the ceremony, Sarfaraz Bugti reiterated that completion of development projects in backward areas, including Sui and other parts of Balochistan, remains a top priority for the provincial government.
“Building better and quality roads not only facilitates smooth transportation for the public, but also enhances trade, strengthens the local economy and promotes social activities,” he said.
Sarfaraz Bugti stressed that the new road will provide residents with a modern and safe life He travels facility, reduce traffic congestion in the area, improve communication between the surrounding areas, and serve as a milestone for the development and prosperity of Sui and neighboring areas.
The Prime Minister reiterated the government’s commitment to expedite development work across the province and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects aimed at providing basic amenities to the people.
