Islamabad, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 05 Mar, 2026) The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 90,200 cusecs of water from various rim stations with a flow of 32,800 cusecs.
According to data released by IRSA, the water level in the Indus River at Tarbela Dam reached 1,466.22 feet which is 66.51 feet higher than the dead level of 1,402.00 feet. The inflow and outflow of water in the dam were recorded at 12,800 cusecs and 35,000 cusecs respectively.
The water level in the Jhelum River at Mangla Dam was 1,161.
00 feet, which is 111.00 feet above its dead level of 1050 feet. The inflow and outflow of water were recorded as 6,800 cusecs and 42,000 cusecs respectively. Water release in Kalabagh, Tunsa, Guddu and Socor They were recorded as 34,900, 28,300, 34,800 and 11,200 kosex respectively.
Likewise, from the Kabul River, a total of 6,900 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera, and 300 cusecs from the Chenab River at Marala.
