Peshawar, March 21, 2026 On the first day of Eid al-Fitr, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi hosted orphan children from the SOS Charitable Organization at the Governor’s Residence on Saturday, where he distributed Eid to them and shared celebration moments with them.
The children spent some time with the governor, took pictures, and celebrated the holiday enthusiastically.
On this occasion, the governor expressed his overwhelming happiness in celebrating Eid with orphan children, considering that they deserve the utmost care, attention and affection from society.
He said that the true spirit of Eid lies in sharing happiness with disadvantaged groups in society, adding that education and… education Caring for orphaned children is a collective responsibility.
He stressed that the state and society must play their role in ensuring the well-being of these children and their better future.

The governor also opened the Governor’s Residence to the public on the first day of Eid.
