Attock March 05 (APP), (UrduPoint / Pakistan a point news – March 5, 2026) Four people were killed and two others seriously injured when the roof of a house collapsed after a gas leak exploded near the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital cemetery in Pendigib on Thursday.
According to Rescue 1122 sources, emergency teams rushed to the site and began the process of extricating those trapped under the rubble.
The deceased were identified as 20-year-old Shazir bin Khalid, Zulhad (22-year-old) bin Awab, Huzaifa (20-year-old) son of Shaukat Bhatti, and Saifullah bin Shaukat Iqbal. The two wounded, Dilawar (20 years old), son of Ashraf, and Arif (17 years old), son of Asif, were taken to Tehsil Main Hospital, Bandigib.
