Islamabad (Urdu Point / Pakistan Point News – March 26, 2026) Federalism The Constitutional Court on Thursday postponed the hearing of the petition filed against Khyber Pakhtunk Party Chief Minister Sohail Afridi over allegations of forming a force to release Imran Khan.
The two-member court headed by Judge Ali Baqir Najafi heard the case.
During the proceedings, the court noted that it could not interfere with political statements.
Judge Ali Baqir Najafi said that if there is any concrete evidence or official notification regarding the formation of such a force, it must be submitted to the court.
The petitioner’s lawyer requested time to present evidence, which the court agreed to.
After that, the case was postponed.
