More than 2,400 officers and police personnel were deployed throughout the city.

According to police officials, 42 mobile Patrol teams, 20 Elite Forces units, 84 Eagle Squadron teams, and 45 Dolphin Squadron teams, along with police station patrol units, remained on duty to protect churches, residential areas and public places.

Surveillance was also provided through surveillance cameras in churches and surrounding areas.

Parking arrangements were made at a safe distance from places of worship, while strict screening was carried out at entry and exit points of churches using toll gates and metal detectors.

Likewise, surprise searches and combing operations were conducted in sensitive areas and near Christian areas to maintain law and order.
