Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 25 March 2026) The opening of tenders for the Prime Minister’s Punjab Development Program (PDP) has begun. The bids were opened to contractors and media representatives during a ceremony held in the city hall garden.
Local Government Minister Zeeshan Rafique reviewed the bidding process for building plans.
Local Government Secretary Shakeel Ahmad Mian and Project Director Ahmar Kifi also attended the meeting.
The Minister met with the bidders one by one. The contractors expressed their satisfaction with the transparent bidding process, saying: “They have never seen such transparent openness in their lives.
