Rawalpindi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – March 6, 2026) Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) in cooperation with Federalism The Ombudsman for Protection from Harassment of Women in the Workplace (FOSPAH) organized an awareness session entitled “Empowering Women Entrepreneurs through a Safe and Inclusive Workplace”.
Fouzia Viqar, Federal Ombudsman for Protection against Harassment of Women in the Workplace, attended the session as the chief guest and highlighted the importance of ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for women in all sectors.
RCCI President Othman Shawkat welcomed the guest and emphasized the importance of effective mechanisms to address workplace harassment, stressing that a safe and inclusive environment is essential for the growth and empowerment of women entrepreneurs and professionals.
The session was attended by First Vice President Khaled Farouk Qazi, Vice President Fahd Barulos, former President Jalil Ahmed Malik, members of the Executive Committee and members of the Chamber.
