Chiniot (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7 April, 2026) In line with Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s vision, practical measures are being implemented to enhance public service delivery, with police services now being provided through modern facilities at Chiniot Service Police Station. The March performance report revealed that more than 7,000 citizens benefited from various police services.
According to details, a total of 1,865 learner permits, 849 learner permit renewals, 1,831 new regular licenses, and 18 new international driving licenses were issued last month. Furthermore, the total number of checks conducted by the police reached 1,826, along with 363 identity certificates, 25 rental registrations, and 119 missing person reports.
Additional services, including car and mobile Employee verification and verification processes have also been made available to the public.
Meanwhile, District Police Officer Dr Naveed Atif said that every effort is being made to improve the delivery of public services, strengthen citizen-friendly policing and ensure that police services meet modern standards. Moreover, 15 different facilities are now available under one roof, allowing citizens to access timely guidance and services efficiently.
