ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – April 1, 2026) The High Commission of Bangladesh in Islamabad on Tuesday hosted a diplomatic reception on the occasion of the 55th Independence Anniversary and National Day of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, in the presence of a large number of prominent figures, diplomats and members of civil society.

The reception and dinner were held at a local hotel where the Bangladesh High Commissioner visited Pakistan Mr. Iqbal Hussain Khan, along with the mission officials, warmly received the guests.
