ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 29 Mar, 2026) Islamabad Capital Territory Police have arrested a security guard who allegedly shot dead an employee of an exchange office in Islamabad. Federalism capital.
An official told APP on Sunday that the incident took place at an exchange office where the security guard shot the office employee, leading to his instant death.
He said that the police responded immediately and arrested the accused security guard, Mohammed Omar, from the scene.
He added that the dead man’s name was Danish Saghir, and he worked as an employee in the same office.
The official added that the police also found the weapon used in the crime, and investigations are still ongoing.
