Balochistan Governor Jafar Khan Mandukhel on Wednesday said that the role of lawyers is essential to ensure affordable and timely provision of justice to the poor and vulnerable people of the society.

QUETTA (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th March, 2026) Balochistan Governor Jafar Khan Mandukhel on Wednesday said that the role of lawyers is essential to ensure affordable and timely provision of justice to the poor and vulnerable people of the society.

He expressed these views while interacting with the legal community under the leadership of Advocate Ataullah Lango, President of Balochistan High Court Bar Association who visited him at the Governor’s Residence.

The governor said that lawyers are the most sensitive and intelligent people in our society, and given their profession, the scope of lawyers is very broad.

He said that they therefore bear the responsibility of instilling a sense of rights and duties among the public and inculcating a sense of patriotism in the emerging youth.

The governor stated that lawyers play an important role in ensuring affordable and timely justice for the poor and vulnerable in our society, bridging the gap between the law and those who need it most.

He said that by fulfilling this responsibility well, lawyers can have a profound impact on society by promoting the trend of justice, equality and service to the people.

On this occasion, Governor Mandukhel said that our lawyers are the guardians and servants of law and democracy.

He said that, without a doubt, through you, democratic attitudes and a sense of responsibility in society are strengthened.

Governor Mandukhel assured full cooperation in ensuring the rights and protection of lawyers and finding lasting solutions to the problems they face.

The delegation also invited Balochistan Governor Jafar Khan Mandukhel to address the Supreme Court Bar Association.
