An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge on Wednesday testified to one witness and called more to give statements at the upcoming hearing in a case related to the violent protest against the disqualification of the PTI founder.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th Mar, 2026) An anti-terrorism court judge on Wednesday testified a witness and summoned more people to give statements in the upcoming hearing in a case related to the violent protest against the disqualification of the PTI founder.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sabra heard the case where the statement of another prosecution witness was recorded. Defense lawyers were unable to cross-examine witnesses today either.
The court ordered that other witnesses be brought to the next hearing and postponed consideration of the case until next April 8.
A case has been registered against the PTI leaders under terrorism provisions at I-9 police station in Islamabad.
