Karachi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 24 March 2026) 86th anniversary ceremony Pakistan The day was held at Jinnah Hall under the auspices of Quaid-e-Azam Academy, where speakers stressed the need for unity, stability and adherence to constitutional principles.
The ceremony began with flag hoisting by President of Justice Association of Pakistan Sardar Muhammad Iqbal Khan in the academy Introductions.
The ceremony was attended by a number of social, political and community figures, including Abdul Majeed Farooqui, Rana Ashfaq Rasool, Aslam Khan Farooqui, Allama Murtaza Khan Rahmani, Syed Naseem Shah, and others.
After raising the flag, a special prayer was held for the security, stability and prosperity of the nation, and to raise the ranks of the martyrs.
In the second session, a discussion was held on “Stability of Pakistan”, with Liaquat Ali Khan Memorial Committee Chairman Mahfouz Nabi Khan as the chief guest. The honorary guests included Rana Ashfaq Rasool, Syed Naseem Shah and Allama Syed Asif Mustafai, while Sardar Muhammad Iqbal Khan presided over the session.
Speakers said Pakistan Day symbolizes resolve and calls for collective efforts to strengthen the country.
They stressed that unity and cohesion are the need of the hour and urged taking practical steps to enhance harmony in society.
Mahfouz Nabi Khan noted that unity cannot be achieved without promoting equality, stressing the need to take concrete measures to ensure development and prosperity. Sardar Muhammad Iqbal Khan highlighted the importance of following the principles of Muhammad Ali Jinnah to build a stronger Pakistan.
Rana Ashfaq Rasool urged the nation to remain optimistic and continue striving for peace, development and stability, while Syed Naseem Shah noted that the goals behind the creation of Pakistan had not yet been fully achieved, calling for a move beyond personal interests in line with the vision of the Quaid-e-Azam.
Speakers also stressed that the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law are essential to resolving national issues, and added that a strong justice system is the key to progress and stability.
The session also included recitations from hair Written by Munif Ashar Malihabadi and Kamaruzzaman Siddiqui regarding National Day.
The ceremony concluded with a speech of thanks by Abdul Majeed Farooqi, who expressed his gratitude to the participants and prayed.
