A large number of residents flocked to the park on the first day of Eid to enjoy recreational activities and festive events. The well-organized setting, cleanliness and decorative ambiance have been appreciated by visitors of all ages.
Deputy Commissioner Maliha Rashid and District Police Officer Muhammad Abid Waraich visited the city park, where they officially inaugurated a colorful flower display. During the visit, the two officials mingled warmly with the public, exchanged Eid greetings and spread joy among families.
As a gesture of appreciation, sweets and Edi were distributed to sanitation workers in Suthira Punjab, in appreciation of their dedicated services.
Gifts, sweets, juices and sweets were also presented to the children, which increased the spirit of celebration and made their Eid celebrations unforgettable.
Deputy Commissioner Maliha Rasheed said that special attention was paid to beautifying parks and public squares and enhancing recreational facilities for citizens.
