Citizens were directed to contact the control room immediately if they notice any such situation, adding that all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality and the identity of the caller will not be revealed.

Officials stressed that these measures are part of ongoing efforts to implement regulations and maintain official records for residents of the capital. They added that public cooperation is essential to ensure implementation.
