Dera Ismail Khan (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16 Mar, 2026) 1122 Lakki Marwat Rescue Squad has finalized special arrangements to deal with any possible emergencies during Eid Al-Fitr.
According to Rescue 1122 spokesperson, in this regard, an important meeting was held at the district headquarters under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi, which was attended by all the station officials and concerned officers.
During the meeting, a detailed discussion was held about the strategy to ensure the provision of effective and timely emergency services to citizens during the Eid holiday.
On the occasion, District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi directed all rescue personnel to remain on high alert so that immediate response can be ensured in case of any emergency.
It was announced that all vacations of the 1122 rescue personnel on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr have been cancelled.
He also directed that ambulances, fire engines and other necessary equipment in all rescue centers must remain fully operational.
The control room has also been instructed to remain active around the clock.
The meeting also stressed ensuring the presence of rescue teams in public places, entertainment venues and highways during Eid al-Fitr to provide immediate assistance in the event of any emergency.
District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi said that the 1122 Rescue Team was fully prepared to ensure a safe and peaceful Eid for the people and had been directed to perform their duties honestly and professionally.
