He said the authorities imposed fines totaling Rs 73,200 on violators.
According to him, 174 inspection visits were conducted in Hyderabad district, 101 in Dadu, 87 in Sujawal, 77 in Matiari, 62 in Tando Allahyar, 60 each in Thatta and Jamshoro, 52 in Badin, and 42 in Tando Muhammad Khan districts. He said that the district governor strictly directed his subordinates to implement the price list and ensure that no adulterated food items are sold in the markets.
