Sargodha, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 13 Mar, 2026) As the month of Ramadan approached its end, the markets and shopping malls in Sargodha were bustling with men, women and children preparing for Eid al-Fitr.

Shoppers flock to stalls selling clothes, jewellery, bracelets and shoes, turning late-night shopping into a joyful celebration.

Families browse together, carefully selecting matching clothes and accessories, while children enthusiastically explore the colorful stalls.

Famous shoe stores witness long queues in front of Peshawari shoes, Khosa shoes, Punjabi and Desi bangles, which continue to be major attractions for women and girls. Store owners welcomed the increase, noting that sales increase after breakfast.

“The last days of Ramadan are always the busiest,” said Rashid Ali, a jewelry seller. “Seeing families enjoying shopping together makes all the effort worthwhile.”

Across the region, laughter, chatter and the clinking of bangles fill the markets, capturing the joyful spirit of Eid preparations.
