The Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP) licenses a corporate restructuring firm and a digital investment advisor

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 11 March 2026) Islamabad Securities and Exchange Commission Pakistan (SECP) has licensed LSE Ventures Limited to act as a Corporate Restructuring Company (CRC). The Commission also granted a license to Wealthbridge Management Limited to provide digital investment advisory services.

The LSE Ventures Limited license has increased the number of rehabilitation centers in Pakistan to three. These companies help financially distressed companies through restructuring mechanisms such as debt restructuring, capital restructuring, and operational restructuring.

This came in a press release issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission here today, Wednesday, in order to support the rehabilitation of listed and unlisted companies and help them continue their operations.

LSE Ventures Limited is the successor entity to Lahore stock market.

The company will restructure and revive distressed companies in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Wealthbridge Management Limited will provide digital investment advisory services. The approval was issued within the regulatory framework for digital platforms operated by asset management companies.

Wealthbridge Management Limited is the first company in Pakistan to work as a digital investment advisory firm under the digital asset management framework. The license allows the company to provide investment advisory services to investors through regulated digital platforms.

The Southeast Asia Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP) continues to facilitate the development of financial services by empowering regulated entities and supporting innovation within the existing regulatory framework.
