Peshawar, March 6, 2026 Most of the plain and southern areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to witness relatively dry and warm weather over the next few days, according to the latest weather forecast.
Including regions Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Bano and Dera Ismail Khan The Met Office said on Friday that the weather was expected to remain mostly dry, with daytime temperatures likely to remain slightly above normal.
On the other hand, the upper parts of the governorate are expected to witness partly cloudy conditions.
Chitral, Upper and Lower Monastery, Swat, MalakandLight rain may fall on isolated areas in Kohistan and Bajaur, accompanied by active winds and thunder.
The Meteorological Authority also expected light snow to fall on the highest mountain peaks in these areas, which is likely to keep temperatures low.
Meanwhile, areas of Hazara province, including Mansehra and AbbottabadThe weather may be cloudy with chances of light rain in some locations.
Meanwhile, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority has advised tourists and residents of higher areas to be cautious and take necessary precautions in light of the changing weather conditions and possible temperature fluctuations.
